This Wherigo will take you on an adventure through the (imaginary) western town of Old Maidu City, where you will encounter several challenges leading you to a valuable treasure!
About This Cartridge
It is a little-known fact (especially since it is completely made up for this game) that during the Gold Rush days, the site of Roseville's Maidu Park was a rough-and-tumble frontier town known as Maidu City. Through the magic of Wherigo, and a little imagination on your part, you are returning to those days of yesteryear. If you can complete the tasks presented to you, you will be rewarded with treasure of immense value! (Well... maybe if adjusted for 150 years of inflation.) GOOD LUCK!

Im dating this today as I found this 3 phones and 2 Garmin's ago. I dove by the final spot to make sure it was the one I found. Then it brought back the memories of years past. The dirst time I went for this one my battery died halfway through😭. Second time. I was at the last stop and mughkes where everywhere. AND Giving me a look. Third time was quick before work. Definitely one of my favorites.

Mischief101 and I really enjoyed this cartridge! Lots of stages, fun at every step, and cleverly put together. It was a great way to spend an hour in the warm winter sunshine. We couldn't figure out how to get the unlock code, though. Thanks for the fun!

Played this one with 3rdflrkc. We had a lot of fun walking around the "city" and performing our good deeds. First time we played we were at the end and lost the last bit of data to collect the cache. We came back today and completed it and saved the game several times while playing. We completed it and got the cache. One thing is that although it said we were finished we did not receive the unlock code. We still had lots of fun. SL and TFTC.

Played well on my Garmin Colorado 400t until the batteries dies on me. I hadn't saved it but I was able to finish it with my friend who was doing it on her tablet. Great Wherigo and we really enjoyed the park. Thank you! :o)
