A Wherigo Geocache GC1BB15 involving a walk around a local runway to start Wherigo Geocaching in South Africa. I have not blocked emulation so as to let other geocachers see what Wherigo is all about, however you may only log and unlock if you have signed the logbook. Literally dropped in to do this cache in style with Noddy. We were greeted by the virtual as well as the real pilot and our mission was triggered. Been fascinated by wherigo for some time and was pleased to eventually do one. A great introduction and a concept with great possibilities. The wherigo player for pocket PC still needs some ironing out, but all worked sufficiently well to complete. Thanks Gerald

Great to fly in to this "aero" orientated wherigo cache. Thanks very much to the owner for the airport transfers. Managed to get out of town just before the clouds closed in.

Our first Wherigo cache. Played with Rhino and Hedgehog. Enjoyed "flying" up and down the runway - did not get to takeoff, but sure got close.
