This is an easy Wherigo cache located in the town of Selkirk N.Y. at Henry Hudson Park. There are 4 zones, and the final is an ammo can
This is my first Wherigo cartage and I appreciate any info you can give me, however I am not a computer programmer so try and not make it technical.
Have fun.

Nice intro to this aspect of caching. I enjoy the variety of cache types but until now (and thanks to The Neumanns) was unable to attempt the Wherigo. Final still in place with rope attached for retrieval but I think it was frozen in place. Will have to come to make it official. Never chatted with Henry Hudson before. Thanks. Now how can I make one of these?

My apologies - I realized I never logged this on the Wherigo site! The following is a repeat of my log on geocaching.com; this was really fun and cool - thanks!!
My first Wherigo! Had a great time with this one - I had Meteobowler test-driving my Android phone app, while I ran the cartridge on my Garmin Oregon 450. No problems with either platform and this was a really cool adventure! Gets a favorite point from me! TFTC!

Well, I did the wherigo and spotted the final, but I'm afraid the hungry tree strikes again. Container was just out of reach, so I used a stick to try to pull it closer and the thing rolled all the way to the deepest part of the interior on the left side. I tried for about a half an hour but couldn't get it back out. (Sorry!) If you have to do another container, I'd recommend using a parachute cord tether so people can pull it if it rolls back out of reach. Thanks for the cartridge and the cache.

Attempted in July and then again in January with better results. After doing River Crossing NY I realized what I needed to do to mark the cartridge complete. This was fun even if I couldn't find the final the first time. TFTC
