We were very interested in this Wherigo, the early form of an Reverse. We had it running with us when we were on our way through Corralejo. It got warmer, it got warmer still, and suddenly it got hot. For the rest of the way we followed the guiding beam, which led us to the cache with pinpoint accuracy.
The search game was fun.

Heute haben wir Corralejo einen Besuch abgestattet. Auf dem Anmarsch signalisierte uns die Elektronik, dass wir uns ganz in der Nähe vom GZ befinden.
Dieses haben wir zum Anlass genommen, der Sache nachzugehen und schlussendlich das Döschen punktgenau zu finden.

Schon mehrfach wurde aus größerer Entfernung (40 bis 50 km) versucht den etwaigen Standort des Caches zu ermitteln. Irgendwie keine Chance! Heute auf Nordtour wurde wieder mehrfach der Check aufgerufen. Ja die Richtung war manchmal falsch und im nächsten Moment war die gleiche Richtung richtig!?
Und plötzlich, welch ein freudiges Ereignis, war ich in der 200 Meter Zone. Nun stand dem Fund nichts mehr im Weg.
Ja, die Tücken der Technik, aber sonst denke ich, sehr gut gemacht!

Vor der Fahrt nach Lanzarote noch ein paar Dosen gefunden.
I could go Close as 500 Meter with my car before I started Walking.
First I think I was right but finally I had a lot more meter.

A (good) Wherigo is always on our top todo list. We love what you can do with the Wherigo plaftorm and are always much interested / surprised to see what is being done with it. As we were based in Corralejo for our holidays we were very lucky this first/new cartridge appeared on our geocaching map. This was a must do for Dani 
The setup of this cartridge is a novel twist on the already common reverse cache cartridge type. Our first stroll made us "approacing" and "moving away"... he, that means that... YES. We were on the good direction and soon we got the message that it was really getting hot and GZ was only 200m away. At GZ it took us some time and an extra look at the spoiler pic to locate the box but we found it!
Some remarks for the next release: correct the english language, espescially the "approacing" The images shown on the check item only showed on our smartphone (WhereYouGo) but not on our Garmin Colorado. We are interested to know / help how to fix that (as we are Wherigo builders ourselves). If you want, please contact us.
Overall, you deserve an extra favo point for this cartridge!
