TFT very fun & humorous wherigo! Been meaning to get to this one for awhile now, and was in the area & had some time for it. Took about hr 1/2 with a local friend driving. Great concept that worked perfectly. Really liked the Bangor tour it gave me. Funny thing is the local I was with was describing doing a certain thing at one of the stages when we first arrived, that turned out I virtually needed to do. Signed the new fresh log after delivering the needed goods! Great cache.

Out caching in Bangor with some great caching friends, MedicDrew47, Sox4Life, and 47Stater. While checking the locations for You Sank My Battleship! we decided to concurrently work on the Bangor Mini Adventure WhereIGo. Since no one in our group had done one completely before, it was trial and error, but we got the picture, and were able to work out the details and get to the final. My Oregon decided to die on the last mission so I had to rely on Sox's final direction. Got to the GZ and the final was a bit of a disappointment. Small...well ok...sopping wet subject to flooding...we had plenty of that today ...not winter friendly... and subject to disturbance by every work crew that comes along... It may soon get pounded again when the maintenance crew straightens things up...Thoroughly enjoyed the concept. It would be interesting to find some Bangor spots that have not been ID before in other multis. SL TFTC

Where to start?
Tandemstoker and I tried the Wherigo in Portland and couldn't seem to get the answers right so we gave up on it. Today we came to Bangor to give this one a shot. It started out OK and then we started going to the locatios it gave us in order of distance. I guess we must have missed something because we wound up stalled in one of the spots with me throwing my Oregon as high as I could. Still no love so we headed down to McD's for wifi and sent an e-mail.The Cache owner called us back in minutes and let us know where we went wrong. "OH, we were supposed to go there first?"
Off we went and things became a little clearer as we harvested what we needed. From there on out it we figured it out (sort of) and fumbled our way back to get the coordinates for the final. Woo Hoo! We parked at the final and TS walked to it after giving me a little misdirection. LOL We signed the log and headed out to the Bangor forest for more caching before heading home.
Thanks for the help in getting us back on track.

This was the last cache type we needed to complete the Maine Adventure Challenge. We ended up making this much harder than it really needed to be by worrying that we weren't getting the right items at the right time. Finally we decided to just keep moving along and see what happens. Everything worked great and the cartridge builder did an excellent job and provided some great laughs after our swearing subsided, which was purely a result of our own doing. Thanks for a great adventure.

Lucky for me I almost drown a while ago because it forced me into getting some new equipment. I now can do werigo. I did some last year at a mega event. I so enjoyed them that I did six. Didn't log them as they were temporary but the person that develop this this put them together and he has a whacked imagination.
Cano you have done well. This is nice. A nice trip around the city. Your container at the end is getting beat up. Some people can't figure out how to open it I guess. Still in good shape.
