These are not our favorite type of Wherigos, but there are a few aspects of this one that we enjoyed including being led to Robert Frost's grave and being able to log a few benchmarks that we spotted along the way. Our technique was to have one person out and about on foot with the Wherigo player device (iPhone) and the other person in the car to follow along and provide a ride for the further zones.
The cartridge worked perfectly on my iPhone 6 plus.
Thanks for creating Wherigo caches... the world needs more.

Great Wherigo! My kids and I loved walking around Old Bennington and gathering the correct info! There is one mistake in the cartridge but it's doesn't effect anything. Learned a lot of local history. The cartridge worked flawlessly. Nice job!

We really liked this Wherigo. It was nice getting information about some of the local historic sites, and the fact that it took us to two other caches in the area didn't hurt either! I only wish I had read the directions and started at the museum. For some reason I had myself convinced we should park there and go to the Old First Church before we began.
Thanks!

I logged this on geocaching.com the day I played it, but forgot to log it here until now. This is a great Wherigo. Once I emptied memory on my ORegon 450t, the cartridge played flawlessly. I got to see several spots I would have missed while passing through Bennington. I scored the final in a downpour and didn;t care. Thanks!

This was my second Wherigo cache, but truly the first I did on my own. I had the cartridge loaded on my droid so I could try the WhereYouGo app but I ran into trouble fairly quickly as it told me the parking coordinates were somewhere in Europe. I figured there was a glitch with either the app or the cartridge on the phone so I switched to the Garmin Colorado I had with me and had also loaded the cartridge onto as a backup...thankfully! Turns out all I had to do was turn on the GPS within the WhereYouGo app and it would have worked fine. DOH! Oh well.. off we went using the Garmin. made it to the second waypoint and the GPS froze up so we had to trude back to the first waypoint and start over. this happened twice before I realized that I should save the game after every waypoint just in case. Once I started doing that the GPS didn't give me any more problems...naturally. This was agreat walking tour despite the rainy weather. I look forward to doing more WhereIGo caches and creating some of my own soon! TFTWIGC -- catoz

This was a real nice walk around Old Bennington. The Robertson log cabin was built in 1761 and not 1701. Had some trouble with the game stopping and forcing me to start over. However, I learned how to overcome this glitch quickly and then the game went smooth.

I did this cartridge with Silver Horde and zeber in the dark on July 4th! That was a fun experience! We actually grabbed the cache on the 5th, as we didn't want to do that last walk in the dark. We had no trouble following the instructiuons, although I always save after each WP. The WPs were very interesting, and we re-visited a couple the next morning to see them in daylight. We had a tiny bit of trouble with the math on the final coords (might be our fault!), but as there is other info on the cartridge, we could easily tell where to look. The hint on the cartridge also helped us find the cache at the end - that might have been very tricky otherwise!
