We had collected our Easter Egg last week, and this morning we headed out to do the second in the series. We were very excited once we hit the sizzling zone, but it took a few minutes before we spotted the cache. Thanks for another fun wherigo, we are really enjoying these!

From the terrain rating we thought this Wherigo would be a longer hike like the other Lackner cartridge, but it all made sense when we reached the top of the hill, lol. I was contemplating the wrong spot and our lack of the three listed retrieval methods, but discuskrib had better geosenses than me tonight, and we soon had the game completed. Really nice view of the night-time city lights and the ponds from the top of the hill, with the leaves not grown in yet. The peeping tree frogs were treating us to a full symphony too. Thanks for another adventure! TFTC!
Tech feedback: This was the second cartridge run on my iPhone 4S, and it ran like a breeze, no problems. Discuskrib's Garmin also performed well. Wish these devices would add the completion code to Inventory once you've successfully completed the game, we keep scribbling them down on bits of paper and then losing them, lol.

On a a wherigo binge, today was a good day to go and knock this one off the list. Thankfully I'd already got the start code from Victoria Crossing before the construction at Victoria Park went up, so it was just getting out here to do this. Nice weather today, and boy is this suburban neighbourhood undergoing a heck of a lot of construction. So many new homes. Anyway, a nice quick find; loved the placement of the final :P (took a bit of creative footing to pluck the cache)

Made my way to the parking area by Lackner Woods and started up the cartridge and followed the instructions. It was a beautiful sunny day today and when I reached GZ I was kind of disapointed that there wasn't more walking. But if it was raining or snowing I'm sure I would have a different opinion.
Made the find after a 5 minute search and signed the log. This was yet another fun Wherigo. Thanks C4P, it was another fun adventure and search.

Laur-El and I were hoping to get a good start on the Cambridge Grand River Adventure today, which meant we first needed to get this cache finished. Doing this cache meant that we also had to redo Victoria Crossing. We spent hours today doing all three caches. This one went by very smoothly and was by far the quickest. It took a few minutes to spot the final but we eventually found it and retrieved it without too much difficulty. Another fun wherigo off the to-do list.
Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache!

We had fun getting the Easter Egg from the Victoria Crossing cartridge with Galloping Gourmet, LadyQT, ElectroQTed, and about a million Canada geese.
Our time in Lackner Woods was much shorter than we expected -- mind you, our Vic Park efforts took longer than we thought, too, so it all evened out.

Great cache. Remembered too late to "save". Even with a long night of pre-planning, this cost me a few restarts.
Nice park though with lots ducks and geese.
I was shooting for a FTF, as it had just been released last night, but was 4hrs too late. Wow!!.. this area is fast!!
