Took the wife out for a Wherigo date, although I had to feed her first. This was a lot of fun, the cartridge worked flawlessly. I have to hand it to SnowDad for the great cartridge and PiGo for the iPhone app.
It was a warm evening and we took a stroll in a peaceful place. Thanks once again.

I played this with J of mudder91 and R of TrekkingTurtles. We had trouble at the first waypoint getting the right answers to the questions, but after that we had an easy stroll to the other waypoints with no trouble gathering the needed info. We stopped to admire several interesting headstones along the way.
We had trouble at the final waypoint because the game ended suddenly, seemingly without giving us directions to the final cache. Having done previous WIGs, we expected something more explicit. Note to future players; pay attention to what the cartridge tells you and to the info you gather. :-)
SnowDad was quick to respond to calls for help, and the final was found. Nicely done, clever adventure in an interesting, scenic area! Thanks!

This was my first foray into the world of WIG and to be frank, it was not without a chunk of frustration. After installing the new player onto both my iPhone4 and my OR 300, I downloaded about a half dozen carts and started with this one.
I initially tried to use the 300 but it shut itself off twice in zone 2 and once again in zone 3. Still learning the ins and outs of the player, I wasn't aware of the possibility to save the game. So that meant I started again from zone 1 four times before I wised up and used the iPhone. What a night-and-day difference. Not only was it rock solid, I was able to see pics beyond zone one for the first time!
However, I did have an issue once I returned home and attempted to upload the save file. I got an error message telling me that the file contained no proof that I'd actually completed the cart. I then tried to unlock it by entering the code I'd gotten at the end of the cart. That didn't work, either, as the page repeatedly insisted that I was entering the wrong code. I'll email the CO in the hopes of discovering where I'm going wrong with all this.
In spite of the techno-frustrations, I still managed to zero -and log- the final itself... after having to return some hours later since the 3 carloads of muggles gathered at GZ refused to leave the entire time I was on the grounds!
